What helps us answer on the first reply

  • The destination and dates of the watch you are asking about.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • For a missing alert: the channel you selected and roughly when you expected it.
  • For billing: what subscription state or Customer Portal action you need help understanding.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, or Recreation.gov credentials. We never need them, and we will ask you to rotate anything you send us by mistake.

What support can do

  • Look at your account and explain why a watch did or did not match.
  • Show you what we attempted to deliver, on which channel, and when.
  • Fix a watch that was set up wrong, or pause one that is noisy.
  • Explain the subscription state shown in your account and direct you to Stripe's Customer Portal for billing management.
  • Act on a privacy request once we have verified who you are.

What support cannot do

  • Book, hold, change, or cancel a permit. You complete the booking yourself on Recreation.gov.
  • Influence a permit decision or speak for an agency. We are not affiliated with Recreation.gov, the U.S. Forest Service, the National Park Service, or any land-management agency.
  • Guarantee an alert. Monitoring and delivery are best effort with no service-level agreement, and an opening can change before booking.
  • Recover a permit that sold out between our alert and your checkout.

The full detail behind each of these sits in the terms.
